| SERVICE PROVIDED: The Wedding Site. The Power’s Mansion features two beautiful wedding sites: 1) The Victorian Gazebo; and 2) the Tropical Paved Waterfall site. Both are available for use on the day of your wedding. You also get to use the Honeymoon Suite and the Anniversary Suite for you and your bride’s maids to prepare for your wedding. 1) The Victorian Gazebo Site features a 14 x 14 foot White Gazebo set on top of a wooden deck underneath a 108 year old Majestic Oak tree. The gazebo site is elevated 3.5 feet and provides your attending guests a “knoll top” view of your wedding. Up to 120 chairs are provided and arranged all around the grounds surrounding the small hill where the gazebo sits. There is a small “old” brick walkway leading up to the gazebo. The gazebo site is surrounded by beautiful white fencing and trelace. A guest room is provided for the bride and her attendees (Hair, Make-up, Nails, bridesmaids, etc.) to prepare for the wedding. An isle runner leading up to the wedding site is also provided. 2) The Tropical Paved Waterfall Site features a 1,400 square foot “pavers” area with a large 4ft tall natural stone waterfall centerpiece. The site has a “rounded” step-up section for the bride, groom, wedding party and officiator to stand in. Attending guests can sit all around the beautifully paved area. Up to 120 chairs are provided and arranged with the waterfall as the focal point. The Tropical Paved Waterfall Site is surrounded by beautiful white fencing and trelace. A guest room is provided for the bride and her attendees (Hair, Make-up, Nails, bridesmaids, etc.) to prepare for the wedding. An isle runner leading up to the wedding site is also provided.
