1. COMPLETE EVENT/WEDDING PLANNING AND COORDINATION -: We are professional, certified Wedding Planners. So, we will help you through the entire wedding planning and preparation process (before your wedding and on the day of your wedding). It can take anywhere from 100 to 200 hours and more to plan your wedding. This long term planning and event coordination on the day of your wedding truly insures that your wedding day will go smooth. You won't have to stress worrying about every detail of the day. We will handle everything for you. We will help you plan for all the essential components of your wedding day including: Your Dress, Hair, Nails, Make-up, Tux, Rings, Party Favors, Wedding Invitations, your Cake, Wedding Flowers, Photography, Music, Minister, Wedding site decoration, Reception ballroom decorations, center piece and place setting designs, Bar setup, Food and beverage, Guest accommodations and Alcohol selection. At the end of this process, you receive a complete itinerary detailing minute-by-minute: a) What's happening; b) At what time; c) What the function is; d) What announcements are made; and e) Songs played on the day of your wedding. We are also there the day of your rehearsal and on your wedding day to make sure everything goes smoothly. Again, we will help you with all the planning, preparation and coordination for your wedding day.
POWER'S MANSION INN WEDDING & EVENT CENTER RENTAL: Our wedding center can accommodate up to 140 guests (With the dance floor clear and available for dancing).
2) WEDDING SITE DESIGN & USE - : You get to use the Power's Mansion outdoor wedding site (For a 2:00pm Wedding Ceremony). We will help you with the design and decoration of the site. You have two beautiful options to choose from. You can choose our Tropical Paved Stone Waterfall site (for a more natural setting). Or, you can choose our elegant and traditional Victorian Gazebo wedding site. We provide all your Chairs and Tables, Full set-up, tear down and clean-up. We provide you with an amplified sound system for your music. We also provide you with wireless microphones for the Officiant, Master of Ceremonies and for your wedding vows. We provide you with a Communion or Unity Candle table, a Bride’s dressing room, Ivy Wrap for the Gazebo and Silk floral decorations. This price also includes before and after wedding ceremony use of the wedding site for photography (2 Hours). For your convenience, we also provide a 70 car parking lot adjacent to the wedding site for you and your guests to use. Our wedding site is beautiful, classy and elegant. You will get great photos of your outdoor ceremony and guests at our venue. In the event of rain, we also have an indoor wedding venue for you to use.
3) RECEPTION BALLROOM - : You will have four hour (4hrs) rental use of our beautiful ballroom for your private reception (From 3:00pm to 7:00pm). We will provide you with rental of all the Tables, Chairs and Special Accessories (for the Head table, Cake table, Sign-in Table, Gift Table, Pull down screen, Video or Slide show projector, Easel for your engagement photo, and all Guest chairs) for your reception banquet. The rental price Includes use of all our available center piece accessories (Mirror tiles, votive candle holders, lead crystal vases, reservation signs, beads, silk flowers, vases) and decorations. We provide all the labor for setup, tear down and clean up. We also provide you with a vast array of linen colors (Table cloths and napkins) to choose from and elegant Stainless steel (with gold trim) chafing dishes to keep the banquet food at temperature, fine white bone china plates for dinner, champagne flutes for the toast, wine glasses, water goblets, and silverware. We also provide modern, and handicap accessible toilet facilities for you and your guests to use. Our Reception ballroom is fully climate controlled. It is architecturally designed to be simple and efficient, yet elegant. You and your guests will dance the night away on our beautiful dance floor underneath a historic chandelier.
4) MANSION ACCOMMODATIONS - : You get all Mansion guest rooms (15 rooms). You and up to 30 of your guests can enjoy a one night stay at our beautiful historic mansion. For the bride and groom, we provide a beautiful Bridal Suite with a Heart-Shaped Jacuzzi tub for 2 on your Wedding night. Another 14 additional guest rooms (all equipped with queen-sized beds) are available for all your friends and family to enjoy (especially after partying at the Irish pub). Imagine ending the best day of your life sharing stories at the historic gentlemen's parlor where our very own President Herbert Hoover, California State Governor Hiram Johnson and Assemblyman Harold T. Power met. Your overnight stay includes a delicious breakfast served at the Irish Pub the next morning (at 9:00am). Breakfast consists of Biscuits and Gravy, Quiche Florentine, Hash browns, Sausage, Bacon, Juice and Coffee. Check-in is between 2pm and 4pm the day of arrival and Check-out is at 10:30am the next day. We operate as a Romantic Bed and Breakfast, so additional nights may be purchased separately by your wedding party. 5) FOOD & BEVERAGE: We will provide you with Full Appetizers and your Wedding Banquet Buffet for up to 140 guests.
For Appetizers, we provide an All-You-Can-Eat Buffet for your guests to enjoy while you are taking “after wedding” photos. Specifically, your appetizers include: Fresh Seasonal Fruit, Vegetable platter, Shrimp Cocktail, Marinated Meatballs, Honey BBQ Chicken Wings, Cheese and Crackers, Gourmet Nuts and Party pub mix.
For the Wedding Banquet Buffet, We provide an All-You-Can-Eat Buffet Reception for your guests. Specifically, your banquet consists of BBQ Tri-tip, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Grilled Salmon, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Veggies Dinner roll, Cesar salad, Iced Tea, Lemonade, Coffee, Decaf coffee and Iced Water.
Our food is prepared by Culinary trained chefs in our State-of-the-art commercial kitchen. We pride ourselves in providing delicious, quality, gourmet food for your guests to enjoy.
PRIVATE BANQUET ROOM FOR YOUR REHEARSAL DINNER (UP TO 30 GUESTS). On rehearsal day, you can conveniently make reservations for your bridal party at our Private Rehearsal Banquet Room. The Room Rental fee is included. For the dinner, we serve Pasta dinners (spaghetti and meatballs, chicken fettuccini Alfredo, or Meat and veggie lasagna). The dinner includes Ice tea and Lemonade. Other rehearsal dinner options are available for your guests to enjoy. Just ask us and we'll be glad to discuss our menu with you.
6. WEDDING ALCOHOL PROVIDED - We provide you with a Bartender and 500 DRINKS for your wedding reception. Specifically, we provide you with an Apple Cider and Champagne Toast for all your guests. We also provide you with 300 of our “handcrafted” micro-brewed beers (Pilsner, Red Ale, Stout, Nut Brown, Bock Dark, Hefeweizen, etc.), 100 glasses of our House Wine (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay) and 50 Mixed Cocktail Well drinks (Vodka, Rum, Tequila, Scotch, Whiskey, Gin and mixers). No outside alcohol may be brought into your wedding. All alcohol must be provided by the Power Club.
7. WEDDING CAKE - : We provide you with the design and decoration of a 3-Tiered (Stacked, Pillared, or Off-set) Wedding Cake. The cake will be a butter-cream frosted cake. It can be made with chocolate cake with raspberry filling. Or, it can be made with a white cake, filled with vanilla custard and strawberries. These flavors can be sorted into the 3 different tiers for variety. (Cake tasting is available for the wedding couple). Additional designs and flavors are, of course, available. Fondant cakes are additional price. Our in-house pastry chefs can make anything you want including cupcakes, cookies, dessert bars, chocolate fountains, candy bars and fruit platter creations. Please see the photo section below to see examples of our wedding cakes.
8. WEDDING FLOWERS - : We provide you with up to 4 groomsmen Rose Boutoneeres, 4 twelve-rose bridesmaid bouquets, 1 Groom Boutoneer and 1 twenty-four rose Bride’s bouquet. We also provide you with fresh roses at the Gazebo, fresh petals along your center wedding isle and fresh flowers for your cake. The above "rose" themed wedding flower arrangement is only a suggestion. Any flower design can be arranged and made to order. Of course, certain flowers are only available seasonally. You will need to meet with our florist to discuss your dream wedding. Your design is limited only to your imagination.
9. WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY - : We provide you with 1 professional photographer for up to 6.5 hours on the day of your wedding. We have our very own photography equipment, photo studio and computer lab to perform your photo editing work. We provide you with an edited CD with approximately 1,000 photos of your ceremony and reception. This price includes the engagement session photography, a sign-in photo guest book, one parent’s wedding book and one bridal wedding album. Additional photos, albums, scrap books, portraits and collages may be ordered separately.
10. WEDDING MUSIC (DJ, MC and MIXER)-: We will be there 1 hour before your ceremony and be there for the duration of your reception party. We are more than just "DJ's". We are Wedding Music and guest management experts. We provide you with two "state-of-the-art" computerized and Itrax Mixed sound systems with wireless microphones (one at the Wedding site, and one at the Reception ballroom). Music is setting the ambiance to your wedding at all times. Our Masters of Ceremonies are experts at timing and controlling the flow of every aspect of your wedding. Every ceremony and reception ritual: Prelude, Processional, Wedding March, Recessional, Champagne Toast, Cake Cutting, Bouquet Toss, Garter Toss, Mother-Son dance, Father-Daughter dance, Money Dance, Generational Dance and Couple's First Dance is addressed in detail and explained completely. Your guests are constantly kept informed and are managed from function to function throughout your special day. We end the night with maximum dance time to a "club-like" light show and music to suit every age group. All music choices are coordinated in detail with the bride and groom before the day of your event. Live Music options are available for an additional price.
11. OFFICIANT - : We provide you with a Ceremony rehearsal, Vow review and composition. The Wedding Ceremony is performed by Alfred Lee (Owner of the Power’s Mansion and ordained minister)
